Wani aiki a Turkiyya, ana amfani da flanges a bututun iskar gas. Duk waɗannan flanges an amince da su ta TUV.China Forging Centrifugal Pump Flanges, Weld Neck Flanges2. Za a samar da flanges ta hanyar ƙirƙira.

3. Kayan aikin dole ne su kasance daidai da ƙa'idodin ASTM A105, ASTM A694 F65 da ASTM A694 F70.

4. Za a kashe flanges ɗin ASTM A694 F65 da ASTM A694 F70 kuma a rage zafi. 5. Za a samar da takaddun gwajin kayan aiki da rahotannin maganin zafi don duba TPI.
6. Za a yi amfani da flanges na WN tare da ƙarshen bevel wanda ya dace da ASME B16.25. 7. Ƙimar gwaji na sinadarai da na inji (tasiri, yawan amfanin ƙasa, tensile da sauransu) za su kasance bisa ga ƙa'idodi masu alaƙa.
8. Za a yi wa dukkan saman fenti da kuma shafa masa mai mai haske domin hana tsatsa. 9. Alamar za ta ƙunshi waɗannan bayanai,
• Diamita (ƙarshen 6") • Ajin matsin lamba (ƙarshen 150 LB)
• Matsayin Kayan Aiki (ƙarshen ASTM A 105) • Kauri daga bango (ƙarshen mm 4.78)
Material • Matsayin samarwa (ASME B16.5)10. Kayan aiki ba za su lalace daga lahani ko tsagewa a saman ba. Gyaran walda haramun ne.
11. Duk flanges za a ɗaga su sama (RF) tare da saman rufewa. Za a haɗa saman rufewa da Ra 3,2 – 6,3 µm (125 – 250 mic. inc.) daidai da ASME B46.1.12. Za a naɗe kayan aiki domin hana lalacewar injina, da kuma rufe saman.
13. Duk girma ya kamata ya kasance cikin juriya mai kyau (+). Banda juriya an haramta ta sosai.14. Za a yi amfani da bevellings na flange bisa ga ASME B16.25.
15. Za a duba tsarin kera kayayyaki a kowane lokaci ta hanyar TPI.16. TPI na iya ɗaukar samfura daga kowane abu don samfurin gwaji na sinadarai/inji.
